My training break since I returned from my North America trip was a good decision and I was full of energy for the Swiss Championships today.
It was a fast open course from the beginning on, and with getting into the woods it started to get tecnical. In these sections I had the chance to make a good breakaway, and after half of the race I had time over Thomas Frischknecht and Swiss road champ Alexandre Moos.
Finally I won by a 2min. lead over Frischi and surprising Silvio Bundi , who finished 3rd.
It was my fourth titel in serie, and beside the first one this was defenitely my nicest title as there was a very nice cheering crowd all over the course.
