My tire went flat already after 10min. racing time, and it went really flat. Some stinge went trough my tubless tire and even damaged my rim. I tryed to fix it but unfortunately the game was over! There is nothing worse than not finishing a race! I was in good company with my flat, because there were so many riders who had the same problem .
Luckely my downhill team mates catched up with me at the team truck, and we went for a real american lunch toghether.
At the end I was happy to see my young Kiwi team mate Kashi Leuchs crossing the finish line second behind surprising winner Julien Absalon.
