I was not sure if I could still handle my racing bike, after I was on my Enduro for 3 weeks straight. I only pre rode my Epic the day before on a parking lot. Fortunately the handling of smaller tires, different geometry, less suspension and racing position was somehow still memorized in my head. I managed to descent well even in the first downhill. On the climbs the bike felt super light, but only at the beginning. I started to suffer at so low speed... Man, how lucky did I feel when the finish was in reach!
